Alright, mate, listen up. Caberg's just launched their brand new lid, the DRIFT EVO II, a top-of-the-range full-facer with a right swish, sporty design. They've been tinkering with it after the success of the old Drift Evo (stopped makin' that one at the end of 2023, sob!), and this new one's got a brand-spankin' lightweight shell, available in both fibreglass and carbon fibre, posh!
The outer shell comes in two sizes (small for XS to M, large for L to XXL) to get that perfect fit, snug but comfy. They've stuck a spoiler on the back to make it look a bit more, well, badass, and it helps with the airflow at high speeds, less buffeting for your bonce.
Visor-wise, you get a clear, anti-scratch one and a fancy anti-fog Pinlock Max Vision 70 lens included, sorted. It's easy to swap the visor out too, with a quick release mechanism, and there's a central locking system to stop it flying open unexpectedly. Plus, there's a built-in sun visor you can flick down easily with a lever on the side.
Keeping cool's a breeze with the DRIFT EVO II. There's vents on the chin guard to stop the visor fogging up, two on top to pump fresh air in, and four extractors at the back to get rid of all that hot air. The lining's fully removable and washable, made of posh, breathable material to keep your head from getting sweaty. The cheek pads come off easily too, with a quick release system that's handy in an emergency, and they're comfy for wearin' glasses. They've even gone for a double-D ring chin strap for maximum security.
Now, the DRIFT EVO II is ECE 22.06 certified, which is basically a fancy way of saying it's mega safe. Caberg's even added a swanky new gadget called the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID that fits in the helmet and stores your medical info and emergency contacts. If you've had a tumble and the paramedics need to know your details, they can tap the logo with their phone using fancy NFC tech, right clever! They can even send an SMS to your emergency contacts to let them know where you are.
Fancy a chat on the go? The DRIFT EVO II can be kitted out with a Caberg Pro Speak Evo system. This lets you listen to tunes from your phone or MP3 player, natter to your mates on a ride (up to 200m away!), and even connect to a sat nav. And guess what? They've tested the helmet with the system in to make sure it's still super safe.
The DRIFT EVO II comes in a bunch of colours, from plain old Matt Black and White to some swanky graphics like the Jarama, Horizon, and Crok. If you want a carbon fibre shell, that's an option too, with a choice of glossy finishes and some snazzy graphic options like the DRIFT EVO II Carbon NOVA Red and Grey.
So there you have it, mate. The DRIFT EVO II - all the bells and whistles for a safe and comfy ride.
Sceptical about this Bomber but was a choice between ARMR and Spada, ARMR was on offer and what a great choice it was, I'm 5.11 with 42 chest and Large fits perfect with just T-shirt plus room underneath for a hoodie and not baggy.

Powerful and discrete
These are really powerful for their size. I was looking for something like these to triangulate with the DRL on the R1200rs and they perform really well . Wiring into the DRL was easy using the supplied connectors.
