The lens itself is made from optically clear polycarbonate with a bump grid to prevent sticking, and it’s both scratch-resistant and has an anti-fog coating.
Once installed, the mud flap creates a seal at the top of the film to keep water and mud from getting between the lens and the film. The canister draw cord spool system ensures a smooth and consistent pull for a clear view. The kit includes one XCR roll-off lens, one roll-off system (pre-installed on the lens), two rolls of film, and one mud flap.
