Extend the service life of your USD forks with these effective mud and dirt protectors. Made from NEOSKIN (coated neoprene), they are easy to fit and clean without needing to disassemble the forks.
Features:
- Easy to fit using hook and loop fabric, no fork disassembly required.
- Neoprene fork seals are most effective when kept fresh and clean. Unlike old-school fork protectors, these can be cleaned after every ride.
- They can be used without cable ties, but for increased durability, cable ties are recommended to protect the Neoskin from the fork slider.
Note: Full-wrap fork sliders, like those on post-2008 KTMs and Husabergs, have close tolerances with plastic dust-cover rings that can quickly wear through neoprene covers. To prevent this, either fit 2007 style KTM fork sliders, remove the black plastic rings at the end of the fork, and use cable ties. With the full-wrap guard and plastic rings in place, the neoprene will wear quickly at one point, although this doesn't affect performance but may look untidy. Using neoprene fork covers is beneficial as they significantly extend the service interval of your fork.
