The Held Carese Evo Gore-Tex Jacket in grey and blue is designed for adventure and touring riders, offering top-tier protection, comfort, and versatility.
Materials
This jacket is constructed primarily from durable Cordura 500D. The outer material consists of 100% polyamide, with another section made of 92% polyamide and 8% spandex for added flexibility. The lining includes 3D air mesh panels at the back, designed to improve air circulation, while the COOLMAX breathable mesh inner lining ensures comfort. The lining is made from a combination of polyester, polyamide, and spandex. It also comes with removable linings made of similar materials, giving you the option to adjust the jacket depending on the weather. A Gore-Tex membrane made of ePTFE adds an extra waterproof layer.
Gore-Tex Membrane
This jacket includes a removable GORE-TEX 3-layer liner, which can be worn inside the jacket, over it, or as a standalone rain jacket. The GORE super stretch panels located at the front and inner arms improve mobility, and reflective print helps with visibility in low-light conditions.
Protection
Safety is a priority, with the jacket certified under the EN 17092 standard for motorcyclists' protective garments. It features adjustable D3O T5 Evo ProX adaptive shoulder and elbow protectors, certified to the highest Level 2 under EN 1621-1:2012. There is also an option to add a back protector, certified under EN 1621-2:2014. Reinforced Ripstop material in key crash zones adds further protection, and reflective sections help you stay visible on the road. The jacket also includes a connecting zipper for added security when paired with compatible trousers.
Features
Practicality is a key aspect of the Held Carese Evo jacket, with two waterproof outer pockets, an inner pocket, a back pocket, and a map/document compartment. It also includes a dedicated mobile phone and power bank pocket. Ventilation is well-covered, with air vent zippers in the front, back, and arms, and some pockets double as air vents. Additional features include dual arm adjustments, a waist belt for a snug fit, the HPA system (Held Protector Adjustment) at the elbows, and Held Clip-In Technology for further customisation. The integrated hood can be worn under your helmet for added protection against the elements.
There are also optional extras such as a drink bag (Art. 41941/42041) and a light system (Art. 91995), making this jacket even more versatile for adventure or touring riders.
