The Caberg Tanami Adventure Helmet in matt black offers a choice between fibreglass or a fibreglass/carbon mix, providing a balance of durability and weight. It comes in two shell sizes, with a smaller shell covering XS, S, and M, while the larger one fits sizes L, XL, and XXL.
A key safety feature is the Caberg SOS Medical ID, which allows first responders to access crucial medical information swiftly in the event of an accident. For added comfort, the helmet’s lining is fully removable, washable, and made from breathable, hypoallergenic materials.
When it comes to visibility, the helmet features an anti-scratch clear visor, paired with a Pinlock MAXVISION 70 lens to keep your view clear and fog-free. There’s also an integrated sun visor (DVT) with an anti-scratch finish and a central locking system for the main visor.
Ventilation is highly adjustable with an air vent on the chin guard that has a removable cover for custom comfort. A large top vent with dual adjustable inlets lets you control airflow, while two rear extractors, each with removable covers, ensure effective removal of warm air.
For fastening, the helmet is fitted with a secure Double D Ring buckle. It’s also intercom-ready, compatible with the Caberg Pro Speak Evo communication system.
In terms of weight, the standard Tanami model comes in at 1450g ± 50g for the small shell and 1530g ± 50g for the large shell. The lighter Tanami Carbon version weighs 1380g ± 50g for the small shell and 1460g ± 50g for the large shell.
Finally, the helmet meets the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards, giving you confidence in its protective capabilities.
