The straps are made from perforated foam covered in mesh to enhance breathability. You can easily channel the water bladder tube with the elastic loops on the strap of your choice. The backpack comes with a 1.5L water bladder included.
The main compartment is well-equipped with a waterproof pocket and zipper, a microfleece pocket for your goggles, two small mesh pockets, and a large mesh pocket that can hold either the liquid bladder or a back protector. For additional storage, the front compartment has one large pocket.
