The chest, back, shoulders, and elbows are protected by a composite of Nucleon Plasma and semi-rigid thermoplastic materials. This design provides excellent impact protection while remaining adaptable. The floating chest protector includes a semi-rigid outer shell mounted on a perforated 3D mesh, offering a great balance of protection, flexibility, and airflow.
For added flexibility, the chest side wings are separately attached, enhancing the fit and performance. The floating back protector also uses a composite construction with a central semi-rigid thermoplastic zone, providing effective impact force dispersion in a key area.
The jacket is compatible with the Bionic Neck Support (BNS) thanks to a removable Nucleon Plasma puck. Elbow and shoulder protectors are mounted on a breathable, slim-fit stretch mesh chassis, featuring two independent thermoplastic shells for better abrasion resistance and sliding performance. This setup also improves impact protection.
