These boots are comfortable from the off are are 100% waterproof due to the internal liner. They could pass as a fashion boot but they are a genuine motorbike boot with protection to the toes ankles and instep as well as great protection to the top of the foot left or right (Gear change area) Worth the money, I felt I got an after Christmas bargain
